Vineyard is typically brought into a transaction when a Buyer and Seller are in serious discussions to transfer the ownership of a funeral home.

STEP 1
E-mail or call us to let us know what type of purchase or sale you would like to make.

STEP 2

Vineyard will first assess the viability of the price and structure to make sure it is reasonable by market standards.

STEP 3

Vineyard will then qualify the Buyer based on creditworthiness, experience operating a funeral business, ability to provide a portion of the purchase price, and ability to guarantee the financing.

STEP 4

Next, Vineyard will work with the Buyer to develop a financial lending structure that will work for all parties.

STEP 5

If both Buyer and Seller are motivated to move quickly, Vineyard is able to close purchases in as little as 60 days.

After Closing
