VINEYARD FINANCING, LLC PROVIDES FINANCING FOR FOUR LOCATION DIVESTITURE OF SERVICE CORPORATION INTERNATIONAL

On May 20, 2004 Vineyard Financing provided the financing necessary to purchase four funeral home s from Service Corporation International (SCI) . Because of an "all or none" mandate by SCI, the closing occured simultaneously with Vineyard as the buyer. The locations were then distributed to the final location owners.
