VINEYARD FINANCING, LLC PROVIDES FINANCING FOR SIX LOCATION PURCHASE FROM THE ALDERWOODS GROUP

On August 12, Vineyard Financing provided 100% of the financing necessary to purchase six funeral home and cemetery locations from The Alderwoods Group. Because of an "all or none" mandate by Alderwoods, the closing had to occur simultaneously with just one buyer. The locations were initially purchased from Alderwoods and then distributed to final owners.

Greg Rollings and Southern Funeral Associates acted as the lead buyer, purchasing all the businesses and then distributing businesses out to individual owners.
